Der Streit drehte sich um die Aussagen eines Goldschmieds über einen Konkurrenten. Er bezeichnete die Produkte eines Designers als Nachahmungen. Letzterer war davon natürlich nicht so begeistert. Er sah in den Äußerungen des Goldschmieds einen Verstoß gegen das Wettbewerbsrecht. Es kam dann, wie es kommen musste: Der Fall landete vor Gericht……

Zürcher Juwelier zum DRITTEN MAL überfallen – Grossfahndung läuft

Am Zürcher Rindermarkt ist am Mittwochnachmittag ein Uhrengeschäft überfallen worden. Die Täter sind flüchtig, die Polizei hat eine Grossfahndung eingeleitet. Auch ein Helikopter ist im Einsatz. Ob es sich beim Uhrengeschäft um jenen Juwelier handelt, der bereits zweimal überfallen worden ist, konnte die Stadtpolizei auf Anfrage nicht bestätigen…..
