12 Charged in $9M Diamond District Scam

New York–Federal authorities in New York have charged 12 men with fraud for allegedly running a worldwide scam that cheated diamond dealers out of more than $9 million in goods.

CCTV captures brazen thieves as jewellery robberies soar in Melbourne

There’s been 10 smash and grab jewellery store robberies in Melbourne in the past eight months – with some stores hit multiples times.

NJ Retailers Sentenced in Credit Card Fraud Scheme

Trenton, N.J.–Two owners of a New Jersey jewelry store involved in one of the largest credit card schemes ever investigated by the U.S. Justice Department have been sentenced.

Armed heist at Cartier shop in Monaco, 1 suspect captured

PARIS (AP) — Police in Monaco say robbers have carried out an armed heist at a luxurious Cartier jewelry shop in Monte Carlo and one of the suspects has been captured.

Crime gang jailed over £3m jewellery raids

Members of a Romanian crime gang have been jailed for a series of burglaries on jewellers, in which some £3.1m worth of jewellery was stolen.
