A band of masked raiders burst into a jewellery store behind a Mercedes in this shocking footage. The silver SLK 230 smashes through the front window of Gems Jewellers in Coventry, West Midlands, to kick off the audacious heist. Three robbers clad all in black then rush in behind the car, which was stolen and using false plates, while a fourth wielding a hatchet jumps out of the passenger seat of the apparently left hand drive car as its driver reverses it back out again.
