Assises: 8 et 10 ans de prison pour les braqueurs au scooter

Aujourd’hui, devant la cour d’assises de Haute-Garonne, se poursuivait le procès des deux braqueurs de la bijouterie Le Donjon dans la galerie commerciale de Saint-Orens. Les jurés ont délibéré en tenant compte des 8 condamnations de Khalid assisté par Mes Marie-Ange Cochard et Charlotte De Bastos Valente, et des 23 condamnations de Mathias assisté de Mes Axelle Chorier et Alexandre Parra-Bruguière. Les accusés encouraient la réclusion criminelle à perpétuité, étant tous les deux en récidive.
